Wheeeeeeee! Halla-chan said she's reviving her old RPG, Enchanted Realms! That place kicked so much ass - you could roleplay in Atlantis, El Dorado, her own fantasy realm, and another place-whose-name-I-can't-remember-right-now...

But it was soooo cool! I was an assistant manager and also head of the Mercenary Guild. Well, ER won't be on MSN Groups anymore, and but my beloved Guild gets its own board on the forum Halla's making! *teary eyed* I'm so happy...

>> << I'm also going to be seriously ripping off Mercedes Lackey since this Guild is gonna be revamped from the one it was on MSN.

Anyway, I went to the bookstore today. ^_^ Dad said that since I'm finally out of school, I could spend $100 on books.

So. My haul.

Fushigi Yugi Volume 10: Enemy by Yu Watase
Saiyuki Volume 2 by Kazuya Minekura
Trigun Maximum Volume 1 by Yasuhiro Nightow
Angels and Demons by Dan Brown
Secrets of the Code: The Unauthorized Guide to the Mysteries Behind The Da Vinci Code edited by Dan Bursteom
The Divine Comedy Volume One: Inferno by Dante Alighieri
The Divine Comedy Volume Two: Purgatory by Dante Alighieri

^_^ So happy...

Eh, I finally got a xanga. Whoopee.

This will never beat my beloved DJ account. *Huggles it*

Moving along.

I am the self-proclaimed Princess of Hell and future empress of the world. I'm gonna have a pet dragon and all the anime and manga I want. Oh, and Viggo Mortensen as my slave. *Grins* Damn, I'm so ambitious I scare myself sometimes. (Well, if it actually leads me to ruling the Earth, I'm not gonna complain.)

Anyway, for the past... three or four years, I've been roleplaying. A lot. It started in IMs with some old friends I haven't chatted with in ages (we called ourselves the War Goddesses). Then I stumbled upon the Vale, a fansite/RP-site for the Firebringer Trilogy by Meredith Ann Pierce, a series I adored. I joined (as the violet unicorn Kashoku, who I still play actively, and I was also made an assistant manager a few months ago), and so began my addiction to RPGs.

I started my own (The Amethyst Star Inn, which went under a while ago; The Divine Star Valley, which I will no doubt be deleting soon; and Denith's Haunt, which will suffer the same fate as ASI and DSV), and my current and so far most successful RPG is The Hallow Hills - my own Firebringer Trilogy fansite/RPG.

I also play at RuneScape, a huge multiplayer site, and I'm a huge fan of the Age of Empires series - Age of Empires, Age of Empires II: Age of Kings, and Age of Mythology. I also play Final Fantasy VIII, and I've been itching to get my hands on Kingdom Hearts for a while now. Maybe since school's out I can convince my parents to buy it for me... *hopehopehope*

And damn if I'm not a huge manga/anime fan. Anime series I've seen include Sailor Moon Stars, Gundam Wing, Princess Mononoke, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Zoids, Cowboy Bebop, 3x3 Eyes, Yu Yu Hakusho, Outlaw Star, Inu-Yasha, Revolutionary Girl Utena: The Movie, Slayers (NEXT, TRY, etc.), X, .hack//SIGN, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Metropolis, Akira, Rurouni Kenshin, Big O, FLCL, Blue Gender, Trigun, Weiß Kreuz, Dirty Pair, Lost Universe, Shaman King, Fruits Basket, Yami no Matsuei, Tokyo Babylon, Witch Hunter Robin, Saiyuki, Wolf's Rain, and RAVE Master. (Damn.)

Manga series I've read include Sailor Moon, Gundam Wing, Miracle Girls, Magic Knights Rayearth, Fushigi Yugi, Cowboy Bebop, Dragon Knights, Chobits, Mars, Ayashi no Ceres, X/1999, Inu-Yasha, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Yu Yu Hakusho, One Piece, Shaman King, Naruto, SandLand, Ranma 1/2, Demon Diary, FAKE, Cardcaptor Sakura, Tokyo Mew Mew, Petshop of Horrors, Hana Yori Dango, Excel Saga, Battle Angel Alita, Flame of Recca, Revolutionary Girl Utena, Trigun, Hellsing, WISH, Fruits Basket, Saiyuki, Tsubasa : RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE, xxxHOLiC, and King of Hell.

^^; My favoritefavorite manga is Dragon Knights, and my favoritefavorite animes are Weiß Kreuz, Wolf's Rain, Cowboy Bebop, and Trigun. I have absolutely no life. Not that I care.

I am also huge on making characters - not necessarily ones for a single RPG, though (like my friend Amy, Asteria_Wilde here on Xanga). Some of my favorite characters include my online alias, Dranyari Taimeira 'DT' Maxwell (for my book - her name has mutated a lot), Kitsune Tengokuno (for another story), Catarina Stregazza (my pirate captain at Dark Tides), and of course Kashoku (my unicorn character at the Vale, who's shared her name with a number of mercenary characters of mine).

Currently I'm working on a book involving Hell (the main character, DT, is the Princess of Hell). Satan's a woman, Hell's made up of nine rings (each ring in its own parallel world), and eight primary demon species (not including the Fallen Angels). It's an absolute blast to write, and hopefully when (and if) I finish, someone will be willing to publish it.

Of course, my writing is influenced by what I read. The Black Jewels Trilogy by Anne Bishop inspired my version of Harpies (though only slightly); one of my short stories had elements from The Dragon Chronicles by Susan Fletcher; and in another story, an order of warriors called the Kageshi was inspired by the Shang Order briefly mentioned in the Song of the Lioness quartet by Tamora Pierce. I also love Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings and The Silmarillion, though I admit was disappointed with the LotR movies (HOW could Peter Jackson exclude Elrohir and Elladan?!). By the way, ever since the movies came out, I've decided I hate elves - especially a certain prince of Mirkwood played by a certain British actor... *Grumble*

Which leads me into my love of The Official Fanfiction University of Middle-earth by Camilla Sandman. I have my own two spin-offs of OFUM - The Stargate Official Fanfiction University and The Official Fanfiction University of the Firebringer Trilogy. However, no one has shown an interest in OFUFT, so it's probable I'll be taking it down soon to concentrate on SGOFU.

And I think that pretty much covers it... Ah, yes, I love drawing. Especially cats. I'm not too bad at it, either - I've got excellent reference. I've got six cats (Jazz, Beep, Bounce, Boink, Dinky, and Powder Puff), plus one dog (a dalmation, Tango - poor, poor dear).

Now I'm done.
